Business Application Guidelines
The 2023 Art and All that Jazz Festival (“Festival”) will take place on Saturday, August 19th, 2023 in Nicollet Commons Park in Burnsville, MN. There will be a designated section (“Area”) within or immediately adjacent to the Park for Business owners (“Business”) to display and sell their merchandise during the Festival.
Deadline to apply: Friday June 9th 2023
Booth Fee: A non-refundable booth fee of $300.00 must be submitted within 10 days of application acceptance. Please make check payable to The 30-Days Foundation and mail to address below.

Important Dates
Application Deadline: Friday June 9th 2023
Booth fee due: within 10 days upon selection notification
Festival: Saturday, August 19, 2023. The Festival will operate between the approximate hours of 11:30 AM and 9 PM with musicians performing continuously throughout the day. All Visual Artists are expected to be ready to conduct business by 11:00 AM and continue exhibiting until at least 7:30 PM.
Application Procedures
In order for applications to be eligible for consideration, businesses must submit ALL of the following:
Complete application section (please retain a copy for your records)
Business Description, describing the services or products you have to offer
Eligibility
• Artists must be at least 18 years of age or older
Festival Rules and Information
Tents/Booths
• Businesses must furnish their own display tables, tents, and booths. Tents and booths are to be no larger than 10’ x 12’ and cannot exceed 9’ in height.
• Tents cannot be staked into the ground. Sandbags are recommended for securing the tents.
• The location of the Space will be at the sole discretion of the Festival committee. Businesses will be notified of space location at time of selection notification.
• Businesses must have their tents and promotional materials set up and be ready to conduct business by 11:00 AM and continue exhibiting until at least 7:30 PM.
• The business owner or a representative must remain in their booth at all times. When available, volunteers may assist in booth sitting for a short period.
• No smoking allowed in the booths.
• Signs and/or banners pertaining to the business must be attached to the tent, display table or booth and cannot project beyond the height of the tent or booth.
Permits & Fees
• The Festival has secured a blanket-vending permit from the City of Burnsville. Businesses will not need any additional City licenses or permits.
Setup/Teardown
• Businesses will be allowed to set up beginning at 7 AM the day of the Festival and be finished with setup no later than 11:00 AM.
• Businesses are expected to continue exhibiting until 7:30 PM. Teardown will be permitted between 7:30 PM and 8 PM or after 9 PM.
• Under no circumstances will any teardown be allowed while musicians are performing on the stage.
• All Businesses will be responsible for removing all trash and debris from their Space during teardown.
Disclaimer and Indemnity
The Festival will be held rain or shine to the best abilities of the Art and all that Jazz Board (“Promoter”). Business assumes all responsibility for loss, personal injury and/or liability for any other damage to its property or merchandise and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter, and it’s officers, directors, principals and executive committee members.
Business must also grant Promoter permission to use photographs of their booth and business for publicity purposes.

• Expected Attendance: 5,000-7,000
• Multi-media advertising Radio, television, print and posters.
• Free parking and unloading within close proximity for set up/take down
• When available, volunteers may assist in booth sitting for a short period.
• 24-hour Security
• Reasonable accommodations can be arranged for businesses with accessibility needs .
